Welcome to the home of The Clove
Valley Christian Preschool, a quality Nursery School/After-School program for children aged three to eight. Our school offers a three-hour Nursery School/Pre-K program for three and four year olds. We also offer an afternoon Kindergarten enrichment program for morning Kindergartners and an After-School program for children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade that attend schools in the Arlington District.
Our Program Goals The most important goal in our curriculum is to help children become enthusiastic learners. The activities we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select materials and plan the daily schedule are all designed to accomplish the following goals: Social Goal: To help children feel comfortable in school, make friends and feel part of a group. Emotional Goal: To help children develop self-esteem, pride, independence, self control and Christian values. Cognitive Goal: To help children become confident learners by letting them try out their ideas, experience success and by helping them acquire the skills necessary to be successful in the future. Physical Goal: To help children increase their large and small muscle skills and feel confident about what their bodies can do.
